HOW TO ENTER: The Mandee’s “Win a Private Performance by Jason Castro Live” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at 12:00 am EST on Nov 4th, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Dec 24th 2009. Enter in any mandee store or online at www.mandee.com and complete and submit your entry form as instructed. Only one entry per person or email address. If more than one entry is received from the same entrant, only the first entry received will be eligible for the drawing. No mechanically reproduced entries allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, mutilated, damaged, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries or for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, or any other technical problems related to website entries. Entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING: From among the eligible entries received, a random drawing will be held on or about December 28th, 2009. One (1) Prize will be awarded. The potential winner will be notified by phone. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.

PRIZE: One (1) trip for winner and a 3 guests (who must either be winner’s parent, legal guardian or the age of majority in winner and guest’s state of legal residence) to receive a Private Performance by Jason Castro. Prize includes a prize pack including an autographed Jason Castro poster, T-Shirt, and a copy of his new CD. Winner will be responsible for all expenses not expressly set forth herein, including but not limited to transportation to and from the venue. Approximate retail value of this prize is: $300. Big M, Inc. and VIVA LA ROCK Records (individually and collectively, Sponsor) are not liable for delays, cancellation or unforeseen events related to the
concert. Exact location to be determined by Sponsor. If the winner is a minor in his/her state of legal residence, the prize will be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian, on winner’s behalf, who must travel with winner as winner’s guest. No cash equivalent, substitutions, transfers or assignment of prizes are permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute any portion of the prize (including, but not limited to, cancellation or postponement of Jason Castro concert performance) with a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability. Only one prize will be awarded per family and/or household during each specific promotion.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States (except residents of Florida and Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Sponsors and Big M, Inc. and their parents, affiliates, advertising, promotion, production and associated agencies and such employees’ immediate family members and others living in the same household are not eligible to enter the sweepstakes.

GENERAL: Void in Florida, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winner grants to Sponsor and Big M, Inc. the right to use his/her name and likeness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. The potential winner will be contacted by phone and must reply within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt or prize may be awarded to an alternate. Winners will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release which must be returned within forty-eight (48) hours of notification attempt or prize may be awarded to an alternate. Winner by
acceptance of their prize, agrees to release Sponsor, Big M, Inc., their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective advertising, promotion, production agencies from any and all liability, claims or actions of kind whatsoever for injuries, damages or losses (including death) to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to or from any prize-related activity. All taxes and any other expenses incurred in connection with the receipt and use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner’s guest (if minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) will also be required to sign and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to the issuance of travel documents. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing may result in disqualification and an alternate Winner may be selected from among all remaining Eligible Entries, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. The receipt by Winner of any of the prize components of this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state and local rules and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY A WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER’S DISQUALIFICATIONAS A WINNER OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES (AT SPONSOR’S SOLE DISCRETION) AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including income tax) arising from this Sweepstakes will be the sole responsibility of the Winner. This Sweepstakes is subject to these Official Rules. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor, Big M, Inc. and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the officers, directors, shareholders, employees, and agents of each (collectively "Released Parties") disclaim any responsibility for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes without notice. Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor shall not be responsible or liable for: (i) late, lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, entries; or failure of any Mandee store to supply entries to Sponsor in a timely fashion; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; or (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any material associated with the Sweepstakes.
